Here's some more information to consider when choosing your book.

Good choices for little kids aged around 3-5 are Wild Imagination where you can start with projects and activities like making mud cakes, stick people and nature masks for younger children, and graduate up to projects like creating story stones, clay tree faces, basic whittling and fabric printing as they get older and more confident.

Wild Child also works well for children in this age group, and can extend to kids aged 7-12 too. You'll find adaptable activities like making earth jewellery, a nature collage and a making nature wings, to creating an outdoor theatre, making miniature boats and rafts and a birdseed feeder.

A good all rounder, and perfect for festivities is Wild Celebrations. Younger children may need a little more assistance, but will have a hoot making pinecone bunnies, Santa and elf figurines, advent calendars, and some great birthday party ideas like making your own handmade party favours.

The Wild Craft Club and Wild Projects for Families books still offer something for everyone, but are perfect of older kids, or those who really love a crafternoon!

In Wild Craft Club for example, you can make gifts like key chains, trinket dishes, make your own water colour paints, and even sling shots and spinning tops!

Wild Projects For Families has more family-centric activities that mum and dad will enjoy being involved in too, like making a bug 'hotel' for backyard biodiversity, or damper sticks around the camp fire, and a tree swing for hours of backyard fun.
