SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

We work with our shipping partners to ensure you get your parcels as soon as possible from our warehouse located in Melbourne, and tracking information is available for every order. For customers within Australia, we will send your parcel via Australia Post. Standard post usually will take from 2-6 business days, depending on your location.

You can elect Express Post at checkout. This is NOT a next day courier service.

For all customers outside Australia, please check the Australia Post website for the latest information for shipping time frames to your region. All international orders are sent via air freight.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipped as a standard international parcel. If you would like a price for express international shipping, please get in touch.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made to your shipping address, or to your order once it has been processed at checkout. We therefore ask you to check all details carefully before proceeding to payment. If you do notice an error with your details, please contact us asap to see how we can best assist you.

 

MY DISCOUNT CODE WON'T WORK - WHAT'S WRONG?

If you have a valid discount code, you can use it on our checkout page. Discounts are valid for any full priced item on our website, however are not valid for the purchase of any of our already discounted bundles and sets, seconds items, or items marked as 'on sale'. If you have a mix of full priced items and bundles/sales items in your cart, you can still use your code to receive the stated discount on the full priced items. Codes and vouchers are not valid for any shipping charges.

The above rules for Your Wild Books discounts also apply for any codes that have been provided by any of our affiliate creators.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY.
We pride ourselves on our support given to customers. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, or you're not entirely happy with the quality of your items, please contact us asap so we can assist you. In most instances, we will refund you for your returned order if you're not happy, or provide a replacement for damaged, or faulty items. You can find more about returns and refunds policy HERE

 

WHAT AGE GROUPS ARE THE BOOKS FOR?
Our brand founder, Brooke Davis has written the Your Wild Books series with children aged between 3-12 in mind. You can find more information about the types of activities  in each book, as well as best suited age ranges in each books description HERE however we've found that older kids, and even adults love doing many of the crafts and activities too.
 

I DON'T LIVE IN AUSTRALIA, WHERE CAN I BUY THE BOOKS CLOSER TO HOME?

Please take a look at our UK, Europe, USA and Canada stockists list or our New Zealand and Asia Pacific stockists. We also ship worldwide from this website, so if you can't find a shop that suits, you're welcome to order directly from us.
