SALE FAQ's

Welcome to our big EOFY sale! Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Sale Period
Our sale kicks off on Sunday 15th June and ends Sunday 22nd June 2025, unless extended or while stocks last.

2. Discount Details
Discounts are for 15% off full priced items store wide. Bundles found on this page and clearance items are not included in this sale due to already being discounted.

3. Automatic Discounts
No code is needed! Discounts are visible for each product.

4. Exclusions
Gift cards and previously purchased items are excluded from the sale. Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Stock & Availability
All items are available while supplies last. We do not offer rain checks or back orders on sold-out products.

6. Shipping Times
Due to high demand, please allow extra time for order processing and dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service team at hello@yourwildbooks.com before ordering or select express shipping. During sale periods dispatch time may extend to up to 5 business days.

7. Returns & Exchanges
As per our usual refund policy, we do not refund for change of mind on sale items. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at help@yourwildbooks.com for assistance.

8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees. Please check your local regulations before purchasing. 

9. Right to Modify
Your Wild Books reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
