Ordering, shipping + returns

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES/TRACKING

We work with our shipping partners to ensure you get your parcels as soon as possible and our usual dispatch time frame is 1-2 business days. Please note: this may be extended by up to 2 days during our busy sales periods without prior notice.

Tracking number information is available after dispatch for every order and will be emailed in our 'shipping confirmation' email you receive, or forwarded by our customer support team.

AUSTRALIA: We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, and tracking information is available for every order. We will send your
parcel via Australia Post. Standard post usually will take from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

You can elect Express Post at checkout. This is not a next day courier service. Prices will be displayed at checkout for express post service.

USA/CANADA: We ship from Utah, USA within 1-2 business days (with exception of our busy sales periods) We ship via DHL/USPS . Delivery time frames may vary from state to state, or province, but usually range from 2 - 8 business days.

FedEx expedited delivery is available within the USA. Rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. This is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service, but usually takes 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL: For all other customers outside Australia, USA & Canada, please check the Australia Post website for the latest information for shipping time frames to your region.

*All international orders are sent via air freight. If you would like a price for express international shipping, please get in touch.

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made to your shipping address, or to your order once it has been processed at checkout, including cancellation, as often orders are processed within 1 hour of being placed and we do not have 24 hr customer support available and may be operating from a different time zone to you.

We therefore ask you to check all details carefully before proceeding to payment.

Orders that cannot be cancelled on request can be returned for a refund once delivered at the customers expense. For more information, please read our refund policy HERE

MY DISCOUNT CODE WON'T WORK - WHAT'S WRONG?

If you have a valid discount code, you can use it on our checkout page. Discounts are valid for any full priced item on our website, however are not valid for the purchase of any of our already discounted bundles and sets, seconds items, or items marked as 'on sale' or 'clearance''. If you have a mix of full priced items and bundles/sales items in your cart, you can still use your code to receive the stated discount on the full priced items. Codes and vouchers are not valid for any shipping charges. Discount codes may also be valid for set time frames, so please check your original email, or information source, to determine these details.

The above rules for Your Wild Books discounts also apply for any codes that have been provided by any of our affiliate creators or from other third parties.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY.

We pride ourselves on the support given to our customers. We always try to go above and beyond to meet our customers needs. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, or you're not entirely happy with the quality of your items, please contact us asap so we can assist you. In most instances, we will refund you for your returned order if you're not happy, or provide a replacement.
